Does the WEAPON 4K run fully from solar?

The WEAPON 4K takes 4 AA batteries that serve as back up power in the event that the onboard solar battery pack experiences a failure or temperatures become extreme. In our Uganda-wide carnivore surveys we never experienced this.

What is the limited animal damage warranty?

If a spotted hyena or elephant damage your trail camera we offer a $25 repair fee. Rather than purchasing a brand new camera we will fix your damaged camera and send it back to you. Note this offer excludes shipping.

What is flat shipping?

Shipping on small orders of one or two cameras is expensive with express couriers and averages $40-$50 depending on your location. For this reason we charge a flat shipping fee of $50. Contact us directly for special deals on shipping if you are making a large order of > 50 trail cameras.

Do you sell animal proof boxes?

We are working on developing a customised box that will protect the WEAPON 4K from dangerous animals. Remarkably our trail camera took intense abuse from spotted hyenas during our field tests and continued to function even when the solar panel was damaged.
